(((Ok my little Kuwaiti admirers… I see you’re impatiently waiting for a new post. Sorry for the delay…)))
Well well well… look who’s back. It’s been a while hasn’t it? I almost feel a little out of practice. Well kids, what reason can I give to explain my absence? Was I on a tropical island in [...]

It’s that time of the year where the buzz of my industry settles down just a bit and projects come to me in piecemeal instead of their usual crushing breakneck speed. The slower pace is nice, but the projects are spaced out just enough for me to take the time to dwell on how utterly [...]

Holy awesome driving CD!! The soundtrack for Marie Antoinette is amazing. I hearby vow that disc one will never leave my car, ever.
I love you Sofia Coppola. Thank you for having such good taste in music.
On another happy note, SQUEEZE is going to be at the Cape Cod Melody Tent this year!

You all know how much I hate forwarded emails. My mom sends me at least a dozen a day. It’s cute that she knows how to email and all, but I usually delete 75% of what she sends me before I even read it. Most of it is harmless stuff: blonde jokes (especially poignant because [...]

I’m overloaded with work.
I’ve got poison ivy AGAIN!
And I was chewed out by a friend last night.
Needless to say, I’m not in a good mood. All I need now is a surprise visit from my mother.

Hello. My name is Saucygrrl and I am a sugar addict. Or at least my friend tells me that I am and I tend to agree with her. I do love me some sugar. Have you ever watched the movie Pecker? I’m not as bad the little sister, but I was when I was little. [...]

With a fairly major Nor’ Easter headed our way, I’ve come to realize something: I am NOT prepared to handle coastal emergencies. Oh sure, when we lived in NJ we had a bit of Bob thrown our way, but it wasn’t so bad because we lived in an apartment and I didn’t have to worry [...]

Sadly, it looks like Sparkfish has closed their Cape Cod location. Apparently they were so distressed that we couldn’t eat there that fateful night, oh so long ago, that they closed their doors forever. At least, that’s the story I’m chosing to believe. If only we had gotten there one hour earlier… things wouldn’t have [...]

Good lord almighty, I’m listed #28 #25 as a growing blog of the day.
For the first time in my life, I don’t know what to say. But I imagine that I’ll spend the rest of the day strutting around the house like I own the world.
