Rockin’ Girl Blogger Award

Woo Hoo! So I’m, like, a kick ass Rockin’ Girl Blogger now (thanks to WLFG). My first (self-decreed) order of business as a Rockin’ Girl Blogger was to design an alternate award badge for Rockin’ Girls everywhere because this particular Rockin’ Girl Blogger cringes at the sight of centered Times New Roman and the usage such a severe shade of pink in one concentrated area (going into Victoria’s Secret give me a tremendous case of vertigo). Taking it upon myself to redesign the image is probably a huge recipient faux pax and my newly found honor will probably be striped from me for doing so, but I live on the edge here folks so I’m moving all my chips to the center of the table and letting it ride.

I do hope that: 1.) I am not offending the original creator of the uber pink Rockin’ Girl award and 2.) that other Rockin’ Girl Bloggers will feel free to use this badge if they would like to do so.

Furthermore, this Rockin’ Girl went to a seriously awesome rock concert last night and is completely exhausted; working on only 4 hours of sleep. I think it’s already been firmly established that I need to reserve all of my strength today to beat little old ladies out of the running for the iPhone extravaganza at 6pm, so I’m gonna spend the next 4 hours strappin on my metal golf cleats and gearing up for some good ol’ fashioned bone-crushing retail stampedin’.

I promise to carry on the long-standing tradition of awarding 5 additional girl bloggers with this honor as soon as I’m back from getting my iPhZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…
